Chef Charlene Frazier is the founder and creative force behind Charlene's Cuisine — a luxury personal chef brand specializing in elevated private dining experiences designed to nourish both appetite and connection. Known for her refined Southern-inspired cuisine, stunning tablescapes, and heartfelt hospitality, Chef Charlene creates unforgettable chef's table experiences that help guests slow down, reconnect, and rediscover how good life is meant to feel.

With a lifelong passion for cooking, Chef Charlene developed her culinary foundation alongside her mother and grandmother, learning early that great food is more than a meal. Great food is comfort, celebration, storytelling, and love shared around the table. Her deep curiosity for flavor, technique, and hospitality led her to study cuisines from across the country while building a personal collection of more than 500 cookbooks and continually refining her craft through culinary classes and immersive training experiences.

Having lived in multiple regions throughout the United States, Chef Charlene developed an appreciation for the richness and diversity of regional cuisine — from fresh Florida seafood to bold Texas barbecue and soulful Southern comfort food. Those influences now shape her signature style: elevated, emotionally driven dining experiences rooted in warmth, sophistication, and intentional hospitality.

My journey into the culinary world began in Albany, Georgia, in the kitchens of my grandmother and mother. What started as a love for food quickly became a calling to serve others through thoughtful, customized meals.
